OUR VISION
WHY IT MATTERS

Where a child starts should not determine where they can go

Every child and young person deserves the opportunity to learn, grow and fulfil their potential, regardless of their circumstances. That belief sits at the heart of everything CarePath Initiatives does.

OUR STORY

Creating opportunity. Removing barriers.

Education should not be determined by circumstance.

Who we are

CarePath Initiatives is a Scottish charity (SCIO) committed to advancing education and removing barriers to learning for children and young people experiencing financial hardship or living in underprivileged communities.

We believe that every child and young person should have the opportunity to learn, develop their potential and build a positive future, regardless of their circumstances. We support learners across primary, secondary and tertiary education through educational opportunities, learning resources, financial support, scholarships and community partnerships.

We work to build partnerships and programmes that create lasting educational opportunities and help children and young people reach their full potential.

Our commitment to education

We believe that where a child starts should not determine where they can go. Every child and young person deserves the opportunity to learn, grow and fulfil their potential, regardless of their circumstances.

We are committed to helping remove barriers to education and creating pathways that enable children and young people to access the opportunities, support and resources they need to thrive.

Together, we thrive

We believe lasting change happens when communities, organisations and individuals work together. Through collaboration and partnership, we can help create opportunities that enable children and young people to learn, grow and thrive.

Every step opens a new path

1

Educational support

We plan to provide learning resources, educational opportunities and practical support to children and young people who may face financial barriers to education.

2

Scholarships & learning opportunities

We plan to support access to education through scholarships, learning opportunities, mentoring and other initiatives designed to help young people progress.

We aim to work with schools, organisations, communities and other partners to develop sustainable initiatives that improve educational opportunities.

Our journey is just beginning.

We look forward to working with communities and partners to turn these plans into meaningful opportunities for children and young people.
